Colocation means you own the server hardware and we provide the home for it: secure rack space, redundant power and cooling, fast carrier-grade networking and physical security in a professional data centre. You keep full control of your equipment without running your own facility.

Can I ship my servers to you, or do you receive them?

Both. Ship your hardware to the data centre and our engineers will receive, rack, cable and power it on for you, then hand over remote access. We can also procure and build hardware on your behalf if you prefer.

What power and cooling do I get?

Every cabinet is fed by redundant (A+B) power from UPS and generator backup, with precision cooling and hot/cold aisle containment. Power is allocated per plan and metered; higher-density and dedicated circuits are available on request.

Is the network redundant, and what bandwidth is included?

Yes. We run multiple Tier-1 carriers with redundant, carrier-grade uplinks. Each plan includes generous bandwidth on a 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps port, with burst, 95th-percentile and dedicated-commit options available.

Do you offer cross-connects and IP transit?

Yes. We provide cross-connects to carriers and peers, blended IP transit, and BGP sessions with your own IP space and ASN if you have them — plus we can allocate IPv4 and IPv6 from our pools.

What about remote hands and IPMI?

Free or priority remote-hands support is included depending on plan — our on-site engineers reboot, recable, swap drives and follow your instructions 24/7. IPMI/KVM access lets you manage hardware out-of-band yourself any time.

Is the facility secure and is DDoS protection included?

Data centres are access-controlled with 24/7 security, CCTV and biometric entry. Always-on, network-level DDoS protection is included so your colocated gear stays reachable through attacks.
