Website Up or Down Checker
Check whether a website is online right now and how fast it responds — from our network.
About the Website Up or Down Checker
This checker sends a request to the URL you enter and reports the HTTP status code and how long the server took to respond. If you can’t reach a site, it tells you whether the problem is the site itself or something on your end.
A 2xx or 3xx status means the site is up; a 5xx status or no response means it’s having trouble. Response time is measured from our server, giving you a neutral second opinion.
Frequently asked questions
The site is reachable from our network, so the issue is likely local: your ISP, DNS cache, firewall or VPN. Try flushing DNS or another network.
200–299 = success, 300–399 = redirect (still up), 400–499 = client error, 500–599 = server error (down). A 0 means no response at all.
It’s the time from our server sending the request to receiving the response headers — network latency plus server processing.
